Before booking one of our Sunshine Coast Medico-Legal Suites, you might have a few questions in mind. We’ve compiled some frequently asked questions to help you get a better understanding of our services and facilities.
What types of specialists can rent rooms at your facility?
Our suites are designed to accommodate a range of medical and allied health specialists who conduct medico-legal assessments (or treatment). This includes doctors such as orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, and allied health specialists including occupational therapists. If you’re looking for a professional and comfortable space to conduct your consultations, our suites are ideal for you.
How can I book a room at your facility?
Booking a room at our facility is easy and convenient. Simply visit our website or contact our dedicated booking team. You can check room availability, choose the date and time that suits you, and reserve the room that meets your needs. We offer flexible booking options, whether you require a room for a one-time assessment or need a regular space for your practice.
What amenities are available in your suites for medical specialists?
What is the minimum booking duration for a room at your facility?
Our minimum booking duration is a full day. If you only require the room for a half day or per hour please contact us. If you require the room on a recurring basis, we have special rates. Please email us for more details.
Do you provide any administrative support or assistance during my sessions at your facility?
Yes, we offer administrative support services to help ensure your sessions run smoothly. Our receptionist can assist with check-ins, greetings, and providing paperwork to the patient upon arrival. They can assist with printing documents, and are open to any other requests for clinical needs (e.g. chaperoning). We’re here to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both specialists and clients.
Is parking available for specialists and clients at your facility?
What is your cancellation policy for room bookings?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If a room booking is canceled within 7 days of the reserved date, no refund will be issued. If the cancellation is before the week of the booking, please send an email with details and the cancellation request, including your bank account information for a refund, if already paid. We aim to ensure a fair and accommodating experience for all our clients.
Do you offer VIDEO-Conference facitlities for patients?
Yes, we offer a private room with a computer for patients to be assessed online (or for telehealth appointments). Just send us the consent form, interview link, details of the specialist and patient, and we can get them set up for the consultation. Please email us for hourly rates.
